Short Description

A versatile, turnkey production line for processing raw cocoa beans into multiple finished products. This system is dual-purpose: it can operate as a complete bean-to-bar line to create refined, tempered, and packaged chocolate, and it also functions as a cocoa processing line with a 60 MPA hydraulic press to produce cocoa butter and fine cocoa powder (10-120 mesh). The line includes all essential machinery: roaster, peeler, grinders, 100L conche refiner, 100L holding tanks, 25L tempering machine, and a 230 bags/min packaging machine.
