System Workflow & Core Components
1. Gentle Pre-Wash & High-Pressure Cleaning
- Bubble Washing Tank: Constructed from fully stainless steel (2.45 CBM capacity), this 2.75 kW tank utilizes an integrated bubble producer to loosen debris without bruising the fruit. A roller elevator extracts the avocados row by row for the next stage.
- 2-Row High-Pressure Sprayer: Acting as a secondary cleaning mechanism, dual rows of stainless steel nozzles deliver a powerful wash. The system can share water with the main tank or operate via a separate pump to optimize water usage (approx. 1 ton/hour).
2. Gentle Brushing & Initial Drying
- Brushing & Blower Machine: Features 50 soft nylon brushes (125mm diameter) that are specifically designed to be friendly to avocado skins, preventing cosmetic damage. Nine groups of axial flow blowers (18 units) are mounted overhead to remove excess water, with a belly pan underneath to collect runoff.
3. Protective Waxing Application
- Waxing Machine: Utilizes an intermittent liquid wax spray system driven by a vane pump, combined with 14 horsehair brushes. This guarantees a uniform wax coating to seal in moisture and enhance shelf-life. The machine is adjustable forward/backward to extend waxing time during high throughput, and features a time relay to control spray intervals (approx. 30L/hr consumption).
4. Thermal Drying System
- Hot Air Dryer: A powerful 6-meter drying tunnel featuring a stainless steel roller bed (φ63mm rollers). Powered by a 100,000 kcal Riyadh burner in a closed heat cycle, it uses 4 high-pressure fans and 2 normal fans to evenly dry the fruit. Temperature is precisely adjustable between 35℃ and 45℃, consuming just 5L/hr of natural gas.
5. Precision Weight Grading
- V-Shape Conveyor Belt: Transports avocados single-file into the weighing trays. A blue buffer brush ensures smooth entry, and any un-cycled fruits are automatically recirculated.
- 1-Lane Weighing Sorter: Powered by high-precision Scaime load cells, this computer-controlled grader boasts an incredible accuracy of ±2g. It can process up to 25,000 pieces per hour, sorting avocados into 11+1 different weight grades/exits.
6. Packing & Collection System
- Packing Station: Features an upper unpowered roller conveyor for transporting empty boxes, a middle stainless steel rack for ergonomic packing, and a bottom white collection table to safely catch any fallen fruit.
7. Central Control Cabinets
