Detailed Production Process & Included Machinery
The production line is divided into functional workshop sections for a streamlined workflow:
I. Washing & Peeling Section
This section removes all dirt, sand, and the outer brown skin from the cassava roots.
Scraper Conveyors (2 sets): Lift and feed the fresh cassava roots into the cleaning system.
Multi-Stage Cleaning System (2 sets each):
Horizontal Cage Type Cleaner: Performs initial dry cleaning to remove primary stains and dirt.
Paddle Type Cleaner: Washes the roots thoroughly in clean water.
Inclined Cage Type Cleaner: Final spray washing stage for maximum cleanliness.
Cassava Peeling Machines (2 sets): Effectively removes the outer brown skin, surface sand, and silt.
Inspection Tables (2 sets): Allows manual quality control to sort the roots before grating.
II. Grating & Dehydrating Section
Cleaned roots are transformed into a slurry and then dehydrated to form a press cake.
Cassava Grating Machines (2 sets): High-power grinders (44kW each) reduce the roots to a uniform cassava paste.
Slurry Management:
Slurry Pumps: Transfer the paste to transit pools.
Stainless Steel Transit Pools (with pumps): Temporarily store the slurry for continuous processing.
Dewatering System (4 sets):
Plate and Frame Filter Presses: Large-scale industrial presses used to separate water from the cassava slurry, reducing moisture significantly.
Storage Hopper, Lifters, and Conveyors: Manage the transfer of the resulting wet solid cake.
Wet Cake Crushing (2 sets): A second wet cake crusher breaks down the large pressed cake into uniform particles for efficient drying.
III. Drying Section
The wet particles are rapidly dried to the required low moisture content.
Belt Conveyor: Feeds the crushed wet particles to the dryer.
Airflow Flash Drying System (1 set): A 90kW industrial flash dryer that uses powerful airflow and heat transfer exchange to instantly dry the cassava particles to less than 13% moisture. Includes the drying tower, wind closer, induced draft fan, radiator, flour recycler, and screener.
3 Ton/Hour Steam Boiler (1 set): A dedicated natural gas-fired boiler with a rated working pressure of 1.25MPa to provide the steam required for the flash drying process.
IV. Milling & Packaging Section
The dried granules are processed into final, fine flour and packaged automatically.
Milling System (2 sets): A heavy-duty Cassava Flour Roller Mill Machine (60kW each) mills the dried granules into a fine, consistent flour. Supported by a lifting machine for product feed.
Automatic Packaging Machine (1 set): Automatically weighs and packs the final cassava flour into standard 15-25 kg bags. Includes an integrated air compressor and sewing thread.
V. Auxiliary & Support Systems
Central Control Panel (1 set): Equipped with push buttons for monitoring and controlling the entire production line's operation.
Indoor Infrastructure (Connectors Only):
Electrical cables connecting all equipment to the control panel and to the main workshop power supply point.
Water pipelines and valves inside the workshop area.
Complete Spare Parts Package
This line comes with a comprehensive package of spare parts for one year of operation to minimize downtime, including:
Belts and Bearings: For all conveyor types, cleaners, peelers, the inspection table, grater, crusher, flash dryer, roller mill, and lifters.

Payment Terms:
30% deposit via T/T in advance.
65% balance payment before delivery.
5% guarantee payment after installation and commissioning.
Warranty: One year (excluding easy-wear parts, electrical components, and damage from improper operation).
